Bus. Analyst / Project Mgr.

The Business Analyst / Project Manager will participate in custom software development projects. As a BA, this individual will facilitate requirements gathering with the client, create and publish project documentation artifacts and work as a liason between the business and the technical team. As a PM, this individual will facilitate project communication, create and execute project work plans, manage project and scope, perform risk management, and work as a liason between business clients and the consultant team.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• MUST HAVE experience working on software development projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing teams of various sizes
• Positive attitude / team player
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Professional demanor, a must
• Detail-oriented
• Experience in MS Project and Risk Management
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
