Project Manager / Business Analyst

The PM/BA will participate in custom software development projects. As a PM, this individual will facilitate project communication, create and execute project work plans, manage project and scope, perform risk management, and work as a liason between business clients and the consultant team. As a BA, this individual will facilitate requirements gathering with the client, create and publish project documentation artifacts and work as a liason between the business and the technical team.

Additional requirements for job applicants:

- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager

- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

- Experience working on software development projects

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience managing teams of various sizes

- Positive attitude / team player

- Experience with software development methodologies

- Professional demanor, a must

- Detail-oriented

- Experience in MS Project and Risk Management

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills

- PMI certified is a plus!
